Yellow stain on carpet below the humidifier

Not coming out with soap and water. Any suggestions on what it is and how to clean it?

I would advise you to do the following.

if you are talking about a yellow stain because of mustard then mustard stains require a bit of persistence. Start by applying undiluted vinegar to the stain and allowing it to soak in. If that doesn't do it, you may also need to treat the spot with laundry detergent. Just work it into the stain and throw the clothing in the wash, checking to make sure the stain is out before you dry the garment. Repeat the process, if necessary.

Also:
Wash Saturate set-in stains with vinegar, then rub the spot with a paste made from equal parts vinegar and baking soda. You can add a couple tablespoons each of vinegar and laundry detergent to a bucket of water and soak the garment overnight if the stain persists. Then, rinse and wash.

By the way, what type of humidifier do you have? leave a suggestion bro.

Alcohol is the best remedy for carpet stains. Wet cloth in alcohol, dab it on the stained carpet. Please don't rub or scrub it. Let it be there for few minutes and then absorb excess moisture. Either way, Take 1 cup of water, add 1/4 cup of bleach in it. Spray this on carpet stain. Hope it will work. Good luck!

I use toilet cleaner for such a purpose. And everything is removed after a couple of hours.
