Your 2007 Goals

OK, what are your goals for 2007? Write them down in this thread and we will pull them back up at the end of 2007 and see how you did.

We do this every year on ContractorTalk.com and it's a lot of fun

Successfully develop a business that draws clients during a limited available working time

With school I can only work May to August so my hope is that people will call within that time frame and I wont have to turn down a significant amount of work

Also that my marketing for this style of business would be sucessful

To recruit the 'right' people to take the business forward. Including Supervisors and a salesman/woman.

To grow by 10% this year would be good looking at the contracts we've lost so far. Contracts have moved, gone out of business, been sold and one or two have acted so unreasonably, we've pulled out.

Still, there are a few good prospects out there.

2007 Goals

I went full time with a business name, insurance, and a proffessional rig just last August. "Clean Under Pressure" We give the pressure of cleaning a whole new meaning.

It has taken off like a rocket. I love my work. By the end of 2007 I can only hope that things stay as great as they are now. If things do get even better, I would like to have a bigger rig in addition to the one I have now, and maybe buy a newer model Bucket Truck 4x4.

Good Luck to all of you!
