Hello, thank you in advance for providing any input on this thread. My company primarily specializes in commercial and office janitorial maintenance.
I know that it is not the wisest idea to bid a job which includes providing paper products (paper towels & Tp), and soap, but I have the opportunity to bid on some very lucrative accounts. Unfortunately the company requesting the bids has required that these products be supplied by the cleaning contractor. I am racking my brain trying to figure out the best way to bid that portion of the job. I assume that there are rules of thumb or formulas that can be used. Can someone please help me understand how to bid this out?
