Clicks vs Calls

My click count has gone up a bit in the last few weeks, but the amount of people contacting me about our services has not. I was wondering if you guys could take a look at my site and see if there is anything I can do to improve it or if you see anything that may be turning people away. Thank you!

Maybe it's not so much that people are being turned away, maybe they are just comparing your company's services with others.

This can be the effect of contents on your site that might not be updated for a very long time period. Sometime the user click the website to get something new and different and if it does not find such a thing it negatively affect the website so the contents are required to update on regular basis.

You also need content for what the person is clicking for -

For example, if you click on "forks" and your website has "spoons" it will reduce the ammount of calls.

I hope this helps.

Some just go and check for prices.

Some pictures of actual work will be nice, like before and afters, maybe your cleaning team. Be a little more personal, remember they are letting you inside their house so will want to know who is who.
