Customer Service

Do you know the definition of customer Service??? It's Bob,at Pressuretek.... It does not matter who you deal with "Poop' happens!
Customer service is meeting the problem headon, and that is what Bob did with my order from his company. First I wanted a brand product that pressuretek did not normaly carry. Bob did some checking, located the brand & model I was looking for and ordered it for me. Then on the day the product was to arrive, he called me, notice I said HE called me.
Well "poop Happens" the shippment had not arrived. Bob advised he would check it out and let me Know, and that what ever the problem was he ,"HE" would make it right. he called me back to advise that it had been shipped to the wrong town, but was being rerouted back to me. The Order arrived, it was the right product at the agreeded upon Price ( by the way the price from bob was less than other places I had checked out). Also after looking at the shipping lable,I found that the problem was a simple "typo" by the shipper, a 3 in place of a 2 on a computer lable that added the wrong City . I know this is kind of a long post. But real customer service is so rear I needed to expound on it. Thanks again Bob!!!!!! Dan Gee I hope my spelling and grammer is understandable. D

great example - I too find that great customer servive happens when employees are empowered in making decisions and handling the follow up of projects.

In this case Bob is the owner of the company.Even more reason to be happy that about the way this was handled. How often do you hear of the owner doing whatever it takes to get it right no matter what?Way to go Bob!

Yes, the website is much easier to navigate now.
I've only placed one order with Bob so far, but was very impressed. Things went off without a hitch and I got my products sooner than promised.

Sorry I assumed it was an employee that was going the extra mile.

I guess that I assume that "all" owners of "all" companies would go above and beyond to assure that their customers are well attended to and taken care of. But then maybe that is why I have succeeded in my business while others around me fail

I just placed another order with PressureTek this morning for an X-jet M5 and realized I hadn't selected the model that matched my machine. Sent an email to Bob and he replied in minutes saying the correct Jet would ship. About an hour later I got my UPS tracking number. Bob is #1.
