I was asked by a real estate agent recently to provide her with a cleaning schedule for house cleaning for one time, monthly, weekly etc schedule. I was hesitant to send her the prices but I did. I do not like giving estimates without seeing the house or knowing what exactly is expected of my company. I also feel like when I talk or see the costumer myself I have much better chances of getting hired. However, I've seen several house cleaning companies publicly posting their prices on their websites.

My question is, is revealing your prices on your website good and bad for business?

It depends.
Hourly rates for most things are probably safe.
Flat rats based on footage or rooms might be safe if you have some repeat business that will come out of it.

"Services starting at..." and "Contact us for details" should be liberally used.
