Marketing statistics

Anybody caring to share statistics on marketing that would be cool. This way we can compare and help each other or realize if we are doing something wrong. I will start:

Today cold calling
110
36 voice-mails left
1 lead
0 appointments

In my book you made 36 mistakes. Now you've left the ball in their court.... how often does that work out? My #1 rule for my phone people is..... NO MESSAGES. If you leave a message you are fired. But that's just how I work things. That is on call backs for residential...... if I was having them to cold call for commercial.... oh hell no you ain't leaving a message.

Not looking for your advice. Thus us about statistics. I have 10 years experience and I can do what I want. I don't care what you think. Just looking to share statistics. Perhaps you should share

Cold calling is simply a numbers game with plenty of streaks along the way. Could be 100 calls with no appointments and then the next 100 calls with 10 appointments. A lot depends on the quality of the calling lists.

If you know so much why are you here asking questions?

How many zero's were in your bank account when you retired January 1, 2016?
Oh wait.... you're still in the cleaning business.

Let me ask you another question.... name me 1 person that can pass out 950 flyers and get 98 calls. That would be ME! Yes, I am THAT damn good, **** head

Haha. I'm not in the cleaning business. I actually never asked a question either. I thought it would be cool to share marketing stats. We all have different marketing for our business and it's good info to know own stats like the one you just put out. Must be an awesome flyer. Stats are good to compare because it helps identify problems and cost of customer. Here are my stats since that last post

325 calls
3 appointments. (One as return call frome vm)
43 voice-mails.

100 calls
1 appointment

Just some observations: salons seem to be easier to get an appointment, restaurants workers
seem to be stoned when they are on the phone.

Sprintcar, wondering what type of business your using flyers for?

Im not a marketing representative but my friend doing a marketing job, daily she calls 100 people and 9 to 10 calls she will end up with appointments. Out of 10 appointments, 5 to 7 people will offer business deal. Daily 100 calls is really not a good number, but the tricky part is targeting the relevant users at their comfortable time. Be confident when telling any thing, do not be over smart but be smart.
