Hi my name is shaun and I have created a new website. I just signed up with google adwords, and I am getting hits on my site, but my phone isn't ringing. Cal you guys tell me what you think about my site. I am targeting only offices to clean.

Well Your website looks cool. I don't know what CMS are you using may be its just like word press. So you have to create proper meta tag of your website for search Engine i mean for Google..

A few points:
1. It is not clear from the first page which area you service. May be a a question 'Looking for janitors in __________' Then sell your service. Your benefits. Why people should contact you? bullet form easy to see.
2. Testimonials
3. Contact form on front page
4. Maybe a 10% discount if they contact you online.
