Residential Non Binding Contracts

I have a small residential cleaning business and am looking to come up with an non binding agreement or contract that the client signs to acknowledge the terms under which I service their home. Does anyone know where I can find these forms to download and customize?

Thank you!

Why not design your own?

Thank you for taking the time to respond.

I already had that in mind, but thought I would check to if there was a template that I could go in and customize.

There are a number of cleaning business agreements out their. My carpet cleaning business uses a modified template and it helped me to not forget anything. Here is one place to get one http://www.lawdepot.com/contracts/cl...eement/?loc=CA
Good luck.

Check this out-you can modify it to get the list of items more in line with what you offer.

It's smart to work with a form that shows what you will do for the price you quoted.

Sometimes customers will pile on the work and they don't want to pay more : (
