Microsoft To Do List Program

Been trying out Microsofts To Do list as an app on phone & desktop.
I like the feature where I can have a To Do list for each building/customer, get reminders for each To Do task and the ability to check off each task.
Also unfinished Tasks get moved over to the next day.
Below is a youtube video that goes into more info on using To Do + using current features and more features that will be rolled out.
! thing I like is that I can have a Task List for each customer such as 13th Street Building--which has it's own Task List which get checked off as completed.

Desktop version sync's up with my phone to keep my current with any newly added tasks, or changes to each list

We use Toggl and I have found it to be the best program out there to control our carpet cleaning business. It is free, very feature rich and very robust. Works on desktops and phones and supports multi-user etc. Take a look. I think you will find it to be much better than MS for controlling a cleaning business. Good luck.

Yeah. We use Toggl also. Great program! Really helps our duct cleaning business keep on top of stuff. We can segment workers and job types like ducts, air filtration, and kitchen hoods. Love it.
