Show rates or not?

On our website we show are flat rates for basic and deep cleanings. Is it wise to not display our rates on the website, or does it really matter?

Thank you in advance.

Personally, I'm torn on this answer. I think it lies some place in between. I don't give the whole pie away but I give them a piece to try.

sprint has a point. You shouldn't put all your cards on the table. Save some for a little intriguing effect that way they would have to call in to get more information. With that you would have more opportunity to convince them to work with you.

Yes I also think Spring tells you the right way to do it. I mean, on our website you can find rates but it's still advised to contact customer care as the rates may've changed (either up or down). Flat rate for cleaning services is something new to me.

yes sprint was right..

At Elka Cleaning service, cleaning is our business. It's what we do (and we do a lot of it) and we're really good at it. So why spend the time you could use honing your own skills doing something as mundane as cleaning? Let us give you the freedom to pursue your dreams. We're a family-owned and operated business – always have been, always will be. We've made cleaning of every variety – from residences to industrial sites – our life's work.
