Roof Cleaning Program

Im thinking about offering a spray and wait for the rain roof cleaning program. Has any one tried this type of program before? Never pushed roof cleaning before but have used a wait for the rain product on a few homes with good results. By offering the wait program we cut labor and scale back liability. I know there a those that will scream from top of the mountain about there program just wondering if any one has done or is thinking about a wait for the rain program.

This looks like a system that will work same day without climbing on the roof and no pressure washer needed. I wish they had a rinse video. www.softwashsystems.com

Roof Cleaning

I've seen roof cleaning videos and roof cleaning mixture tips but this guys system seems to work best. I like any roof cleaning system that will allow you to clean a roof from your ladder. Not only that, this roof cleaner from the video works so good no pressure washer may be needed making it truly a low pressure roof washing service. What does everyone else think about the video?

Verdict is still out as it is not on the market yet, we have been cleaning roofs since 2005 and have yet to by any snake oil, just use the ARMA approved method like we do and you will be fine.

Pressure Washing

I may play around with a few cleaning methods and start offering roof cleaning services next year. Need to get it right first.

No Pressure Roof Cleaning

Every rinse I have seen "youtube" they use pressure with the bleach method. I want a no pressure not low pressure roof cleaning method, a rinse from your ladder kind of deal.

Not alot to see..just someone opening a ball valve to release the mix on to a roof and watching the mold disappear.

I used to have a video on non pressure roof cleaning but over the years updating the site the file was lost or misplaced.

check out these new pictures of us roof cleaning from a ladder.
they are in the new article and display our pumps capabilities.
I had some new parts put into an old pump I had sitting around to see if I could get a little more umph out of an air system.

one love
Thomas

We do the majority of our Maryland Roof Cleaning, spraying our chemical solution from a ladder at the gutter line.

Does your Maryland Roof Cleaning service rinse from the ladder?

Rinsing is not necessary with our Maryland and Delaware roof cleaning program. The roof will show a 90% improvement before we leave the property and will look new after a rain.

I tried a spray and wait for the rain a fews back. Problem is the products do not always work as advertsied, AND the customer will want you to spray ans wait for rain on payment too. As Russ said, use ARMA method and leave with a clean roof behind you and a check in your pocket.

Our method follows the guidelines set by the ARMA and is the same method taught by the RCIA and the RCF. After a roof treatment, the remains of dead algae and/or fungus will be present on the roof. It's only after a good rain that the roof will look its best.
