dishwasher-safe container on the upper rack of the machine. Run the dishwasher through a hot-water cycle. This will wash away grease and grime and remove musty odors, too. Sprinkle one cup of baking soda across the bottom of the dishwasher.

Nice tips. As a pro cleaner I have to deal also with my own house cleaning and one of it is the dishwasher. Thank you for sharing this with us.

Vinegar and baking soda are tried and true methods for cleaning your dishwasher, but time is also a factor. You should clean your dishwasher once a month to ensure all the food particles do not accumulate.

Tang??? That's a new one. But does it stain? I would imagine it would leave an orange stain.
