Cement Stripping/Sealing

Have a client that is requesting to have the cement floor stripped and sealed. Currently sealed. Looking for input on the type of equipment needed, how high of a high speed will be needed, and the type of product to use to seal.

Thank you!

Wil, whats the stress level on the floor? (fork lifts, just foot traffic, etc)
What's on there now?
What type of finish is the customer seeking? (in terms of gloss)

Hi Ken, as soon as I your post, I knew I didn't supply enough information. ;-)

Interior flooring of a high end hair salon. A lot of foot traffic. No machinery or equipment being rolled around. Just foot traffic, an occasional chair and my cleaners in there once a month pushing a vacuum and mop. They do mop it nightly. I do not know what type of finish is on the floor now. It is a decorative type flooring. No real pattern, but it does have a nice coloring to it with some various lines for accent. It is not the typical concrete floor. Overall it is in pretty good shape, but this is a higher end salon and they do not let it get too far out of hand. I do not know completed this service in the past.

Thanks for any help Ken!
