frequency of burnishing.

How often do you burnish your floors? For the first time in 3 years I stripped and finished these small tiled areas and so far I'm just dry burnishing once a week with a white floor pad. The areas are anywhere from a 4x10 to 4x240 feet

Hopefully they will stay nice looking for a long time to come.

Depends. Are you paid to burnish them? How much traffic does the area get? What type of finish did you use?

I'm an hourly employee working for the facility with 2 years seniority. I'm the only Maintenance guy and I am taking the lead because my Hskps. don't know much about this.

The area surrounds a large bar area with many, many bar stool leg and we get customers from 11:00 am to 1:00 am.

Not sure on the finish. I order it from my sales rep. and it comes in gallon jugs. If I remember correctly it is a "high gloss" finish.
It is a 12"x12" VCT floor with 2 coats of sealer and 4 very thin coats of finish.

What different types of finish are available?

Thanks!
