New House, Disaster Floors !

Hey Everyone,

Im new here and this isn't spam my house is a wreck....lol

my main issue is with the hardwood flooring. Its uneven and and so old, its painted brown , painted brown. Would it be cheaper to strip the hardwood and wax it? or should I just get it replace.

Its about 300 square ft.

Thanks in advance

Re: Disaster floors

If you have limited experience with hardwood floors you may want to consider having a local wood flooring expert look at them to tell you his opinion on an appropriate course of action.
