Porcelain tile

I have customer who laid porcelain tile in the workplace and I don't think he sealed it. Of course, there is a warehouse area in the back so guys will track dirt and grease in as well. Does anyone have any ideas on how to remove the stains? Any suggestions on products to use?

For grease: Use a stiff-bristled brush to scrub the affected area with a strong solution of household detergent or a solution made of trisodium phosphate and very hot water.

Dry the tile surface with a clean towel or a microfiber cloth, being sure to rub out any water spots.

I wonder if you talked to someone who had a baking soda blaster. That might be mild enough to remove the worst part without damaging the tile (not 100% I would verify with baking soda blaster contractor). Then scrub, dry and seal.
