Vct flooring

I have a floor to do in a facility that cares for handicapped individuals. The vct tiles and building are 1 year old. The tenant says he thinks there was shine on the floor when it was installed. Rite now there is alot of dulling gray marks on the floor from all the rubber tires on the wheel chairs and rolling beds. They cant afford to strip and wax it so i was thinkig of going over it with an electric scrubber with some nuetral cleaner in it and a blue pad. This will be the first time i have done this facility so i dont know the history of what they cleaned the floor with. By the way, its aprox. 4000-5000 sq. Ft. Any ideas on pricing it.

i cat say about pricing it.... its different to persone 2 persone... i give u a natural alternative for that....the best thing to i can suggest is to use cold water and a normal mop to start with.... this way you will collect most of the dust and dirt before washing it well with boiling hot water... this way the floors dry quick and leave no streaks.....
thank you

Floor stripping Hickory Lenoir, NC

I think all this is based on how important the building contract is too you. If I wanted the contract I bid a little lower then vis versa. Stripping floors in Hickory Lenoir, NC the pricing is completely based for me is on general size not square feet.
