Welcome to this forumn.Indeed it is a nice idea for starting a commercial cleaning business. Whether you run small or large business, a clean and bright look is more attractive for customers, which helps a business sustain and increase its load of clients. I just want to let you know that we specialized in commercial janitorial services in and around Southern California. Our service provides green cleaning, carpet care, floor care, window cleaning, and construction clean up to its clients in very reasonable rate.

My best advice will be to search for goverment contracts in your area since they are open about disclosing info and basically the lower bidder wins.
The other step is to have a NETWORK to make things easier.

Keep sending out emails and phone calls for big contracts. Eventually you will get their attention. This could take months of persistence.
