Getting New Office Cleaning Contracts

Hello everyone,

I just started a new cleaning business and i'm looking to target offices. I have gone to visit several offices in the area and the ones in office complexes say they are managed by a larger firm, other small offices are telling me they do the work themselves. I can't seem to find the right clients.

First of all what are the best the best marketing techniques? Are phone calls or in person meetings more effective? What businesses are good targets: Lawyers, cpas, doctors?

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks guys

New Office Accounts

You didn't go to enough offices. Make a goal to walk in 500 of them, collect a business card and leave yours and put the ones you find that use services like you offer in a different pocket and then go back to those until they know you.

You will get office accounts a little over time and not everyone has the landlord taking care of it or do it themselves in-house. Plenty get to select the cleaning service and is there anyone who will do a better job cleaning their office? NO You are the BEST!

You just have to find them and let them know and then BE the best.
