Hello everyone this is my first time on and I'm excited to get to know all of you. We are a rough and final clean up company in the residential market now moving to the commerial market, I've got a good chance to get into the unified school districts @ prevailing wage. I've lost three bids so far and I am going after another one that I visited today. It's 100K sq ft from admin buildings to gymnasium. They are requiring 3 coats of wax on VCT's which is 35% of the floor area. Everything else is regular cleaning of windows, walls, & bathroom floors and sinks. I would like to see if anyone can help me on pricing for this school project. Can anyone give some light?
