Hello!

Hey everyone,

I'm currently a certified home and commercial inspector, and I'm looking to expand my business to offer tile and grout cleaning services.

I'm interested in what equipment I should take a look at, perhaps something just to get me started that's quality, where I can upgrade to something "better" as I increase my customer load.

I'm also interested in how fees are set for residential and commercial services - sq. ft. or per room?

Any advice or feedback is greatly appreciated!

Thank you!
Jarhead

If you advertise a set price per room you need to account for the different size rooms you will encounter so my vote would lean towards sq ft.
