I just got my license , now I'm looking for a insurance but I don't know what kind of insurance I need for commercial and residential cleaning services and how much is it. How could I find the contractors or the building owners?

Hi Stacey, welcome to the forum. There are a ton of cleaners here with a combined wealth of cleaning experience. I find it very helpful to exchange expeirneces and information with fellow professionals. If you are just starting out, you are prudent thinking about insurance, I would also consider bonding which is actually quite inexpensive. Almost all of my potential clients ask me if I am bonded. I am never asked if I am insured. Bonding protects them, insurance is more to protect us
