I live in Washington DC and will be starting a Foreclosed home cleaning and winterizing business soon. I am currently in the planning stages, checkng out what type of licenses and/or insurance I will need. I also need to find out where to get info on pricing for this type of business. I have heard about a few books written on the subject, but don't know which book(s) to purchase.

Help! I just found this website as I am TRYING to start another business cleaning foreclosed properties in northern Ca. I am a licensed general contractor but business is SLOW and I have all the equipment i need, i.e. hydraulic dumpsters huge trash bins, trucks etc. but I don't know where to find the listings or contacts for the foreclosed homes in my area. Besides I don't know what to charge etc. etc. Can you help Maxine? Regards Brian
