Hello to everyone. I have been in the domestic cleaning business for nearly two years and learn new things every day. This forum is extremely interesting and I love to hear how other companies deal with the everyday problems of this business. I run a family business and we are we are looking to move up a gear and expand the business. We have just moved into our first office and we are in the process of getting all our policies and procedures in place along with an operational manual that will enable us to set the foundations for a larger business. I would be interested to hear how other people have coped when moving from home office to outside office and also how companies have progressed from small busiess to medium sized busiess and timescales. Also most important I would love to see a profit and loss sheet as I always wonder if we are spending too much on certain areas.
