It's nice to meet you. Welcome and enjoy the forum. I think it's great. There's big money in cleaning, whether industrial or commercial.
I found you make a lot of big money when you do construction cleans.
You find a company thats building a high rise complex or a supermarket, or even a group of units and put in for a cleaning tender before they finish the job, and hopefully get it, theres big bucks to be made from that.
Before I had to close my business down, I had scored a building cleaning contract that I could have made well into the $20,000 mark. The job was huge. It consisted of 8 double-storey units, a ballroom, two massive mens and ladies bathrooms a full decked out stainless steel kitchen and something else I think, can't remember, was a long time ago. Even if you approach the real estate agents, they hire cleaners to clean out homes and units when tenants leave, big money to be had there. For those out there looking to make some money and your not afraid of hard work give this a go.
