Welcome to cleaningtalk.com sunny, I have moved your post(s) into the introduction forum.

Cleaningtalk is a place for various persons in the cleaning industry to meet and greet each other and to discuss the industry, not really a place to advertise for your potential future clients, please be advised

In case of disaster you would need a company that has years of experience and skilled enough to do the restoration work. These companies have employees who are certified and insured. So in case you there would be damages during the restoration work then you would not have to worry about the expenses.
