Cool New here

Hello

New here.

I've been cleaning for about 7 months now and have developed a lively little business. I didn't know how much work I'd get when I first started and thought I'd have to go back to my old job. Now I have enough clients to fill my time and my wallet.

I have figured a lot out since I've started but I still have a lot of questions from the business end and the working end. Hopefully y'all can help me out, and I'll have some info to contribute as well.

Cool Hello All!! Like everyone else, Im also new with questions

Treasure Coast of Florida where its supposed to be warm....no such luck lately

Anyway, I was curious to know what everyone else's protocol is when you are contacted by say a Property manager to price out cleaning an office building?

I have recently partnered up with my father in law in his cleaning business and he & I vary on our ideas as to how & when to give pricing to a potential new client.

Id love to get some input on this

Flat rate with a really reasonable priceplan and a VIP priceplan. This works the best for me.

VIP rate is at least 20% more.

Thats kind of my thought for basic cleaning and for larger, more in detail jobs pricing per sq ft.

So I was curious, you price your VIP clients 20% higher than all others? What constitutes a VIP vs. Regular client for you?
