Newbee needing help

I'm new here and this already seems so informative! I am hoping to get a little assistance pricing a job. I've owned a residential move in/move out cleaning biz for 5 yrs. (cleaning, carpet cleaning and light maintenance for property managers and tenants) I'm near a military base in the Midwest so it's mostly single family homes. I'm trying to price a commercial job and am totally lost. I would appreciate any input.

It's a 1 time cleaning of a newly built office building. The post construction cleaning was already done and some of the space has been used for a few weeks but the grand opening is coming up. It's 2 stories (stair access), 53,000 Sq ft. combined. The cleaning consists of cleaning floors (combo of carpet, concrete and tile-standard clean- no floor buffing, shampoo, etc.), glass double doors at 4 entry points and 8 restrooms total.(restrooms have 3-4 stalls each, lockers, two sinks and 3 showers). There are alot of conference rooms, large corridors, etc. I would say half the space is open floor area without furniture or anything. I didn't include specifics on how many offices because all I would be doing is the floors in the rooms (except for the bathrooms). It is not heavy cleaning just alot of space. I'm not cleaning desks, windows, taking trash, etc. I only agreed to the job because it's a 1 time clean. I'm not branching into commercial jobs but would sure love some help with pricing this one. So much per bathroom and Sq ft for floors? I don't even know what going rates are per foot. I'm in Missouri which will lower rates but this is on a military base which will raise it back up some if I go off pricing in other areas.
