Hello, Everyone

I came across this forum and it very informative.

I live in Buckeye, AZ and trying to start my Forclosure Cleaning Business.

My husband is a realtor and I've been going with him to show homes to buyers - most homes are in good condition; howeverk some homes are incredibly messy, dirty, and vandalize. This is why I want to strart this business.

Any suggestions would help me a lot

Hi, and welcome!

It sounds like you have a good source for business with your husband being a realtor. During this tough economic era, it's a good business to get into.

The forums are chock full of info so grab a comfy chair and some coffee and read, read, read! Take notes. Start organizing your info and research. Then when you find you have questions...ask! I know there's a lot of folks here that are willing and eager to help. I may not have done foreclosure cleanings (well, I did a few...but my focus was on resi clients) but I can sure help with some of the basics of running a cleaning biz. If I don't have the answer, I'll try to help find the sources to get it.

Again, welcome!
