Senior management of building maintenance companies since the mid 1970's. Started in the industry in 1976 as a business owner while attending college for engineering. Built 1st company into a firm that served over 100 buildings before selling company.

Planted a branch operation for a regional company that specialized in class "A" office properties over 100,000 square feet in size, sold then managed a portfolio of skyscrapers and large office complexes.

Authored "How To Bid and Estimate Cleaning Services" in 1985 and sold 10,000 copies over a 9 year period. Book was reprinted 5 times over that period.

President of Florida Association of Building Service Contractors in 1984.

Served on Board of Directors of Tampa Chapter of BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association).

Invited speaker to the White House Roundtable on Employing People with Disabilities in 1994.

Started and operated Fidelity Maintenance Corporation, one of the largest privately owned building maintenance companies in the south east US and sold holdings in 1999.

Held senior management positions with several national firms.

I currently mentor MBE companies on organizational and growth strategies, consult with small firms on how to grow into large ones and solve problems for friends and even sometimes enemies (enemies have to pay a premium, friends pay less).

Currently I am an evangelist for CIMS, scientific cleaning for health and business, process design/management for facility services organizations. A proponent of Theory "R" (The Value of the Person) and the development of facility cost savings through the merging of hard and soft technologies (however I will NOT however describe my self as a "Visionary" until I can grow that third eye in the middle of my forehead).

Specialties
Areas of expertise include facility services management of high rise office towers, health care facilities (critical care settings), manufacturing plants, retail facilities, educational institutions, hospitality and residential facilities, public entertainment facilities (stadiums and arenas), government contracting, bidding and estimating, company life-cycle management and providing healthy environments to public, commercial, industrial and institutional facilities over multi-state areas.

Currently I am working with independant janitorial company owners

I work with company owner now on 3 different levels, small start-up companies from 1 to 19 employees, then companies from 20 to 99 employees and then companies from 100 employees on up.

I help with all phases of janitorial company growth but the most popular thing I do is in setting up sales and marketing systems for companies to grow with for the life of their business.

I don't sell e-books or forms but I do offer telephone consultations.

I also have 3 different national business opportunities that are a viable and PROFITABLE alternative to the janitorial franchises. The main difference is that instead of purchasing a job as a janitor with the cream of the money coming off the top, I along with a team of seasoned other EXPERIENCED professionals grow a company with you in a partnership where larger buildings are the foundation of your accounts.
