Optimal Prime Cleaning Hello

Truth be told I have been trolling these forums for a while. Long before I decided to venture out into my own business.

I've been dealing with contract commercial cleaners and facilities management companies for years in a management role, and I've paired up with a person who has cleaned about anything and everything over 25 years. I've got a friend who runs a commercial and residential carpet cleaning business who has been a great mentor as well.

All the business paperwork is done...it's official that Optimal Prime Cleaning Services is an LLC in South Dakota. Not going to lie....I'm a bit nervous but I assume many of you were too when you all started out. It's all part of the process.

The one thing I have found is many people I talk to started with the mop and bucket and themselves....they pride themselves in that. Make no mistake, I have mad respect for that guy... but I've always been more behind the scenes, office manager type that thrives on learning, creating systems and keeping the business running and going for the big picture. Many people have laughed when I've said "You don't necessarily WANT me scrubbing your home or office....Those that can do...and those who don't teach......gym." Sorry gym teachers. If anyone else has had a similiar startup experience like mine, I'd love to hear more about the pitfalls you had.

for all of you who regularly post on this forum thank you for the nights of binge post reading. It's been a great experience so far. Hopefully I can contribute and give back down the road.
