A young company
I first launched my cleaning company in 2012 in Minnesota, I ended up landing a few contracts with more established cleaning companies and did apartment turnovers for months, initially I was excited and things were great, until the company I was working for started paying me late... on top of not paying me good.
Needless to say things sort of fell apart after the 3rd month of being paid late I decided to end our business. Here we are in 2015 and I am now 25 years old, still wanting to operate the business, however when I relaunch I want to set myself up for success, I am interested in commercial work, and wouldn't mind doing apartment turnovers, or cleaning foreclosed properties.
I guess the biggest issue is always landing contracts, and finding the best marketing methods along with the best start up strategies, All advice is appreciated!
