yep, it's been hot and that is good advice to follow.

i cleaned today at a house that has no AC (really old folks in an ancient farm house). thank goodness the clouds were out. it's been in the mid 90's here for a while but today it was only in the 80's.

I agree, also we tend to wear less, which gives way to more chances of exposure and getting effected to that terrible heat. Appreciate the share.

I know that summer is over and its fall already but it was an interesting article nevertheless.
