Air in pressure washer hose ?

Hi all, i have a Lavor pressure washer for home applications, like washing my car and stuff like thatÖi have a question about air trapped in the hose that i canít get it out. Here is a video of the washer hose and the air constanly comming out of it

Is this ok ? If i disconect the hose from the washer and run water everything is good and no theres no air, but when i reconnect the hose and turn on the water there is constant air comming out of it

If it has a downstream injector (soap injector) the check valve may be stuck open and pulling air into the line, remove the barb for the soap hose and and check to see if the ball bearing is stuck or if the o ring is cracked or damaged.

It it a Lavor prime 165 with integrated soap tank on the back of it

It's under warranty but i dont know how much pressure it should builds up for to take it back in the store...my opinion is that its not producing enought pressure for it's size. I think the air in the hose might be the problem, but with the gun attatched to it it has no air, with the gun off there is air comming out of the hose...weird.

Most likely the ring is cracked or damaged.
