Chariot 2 ivac riding extractor troubleshoot question

Hey guys I work at a casino and we have 2 of the Chariot 2 iVac 24 ATV model cvc24 10 12 57 70. I am having an issue with it that when its driven on carpet it makes a clanging noise. Ive located the noise and it is the tensioner pully bouncing around. from what ive figured i think the brushes arent clipping in properly and that they fall off during the rotation and at some point manage to click back onto the brush shaft and make the pully jump. However ive changed the tensioner pully, the belt, the drive shafts, the brushes, and the brush bearings and the sound is still happening. I am not a mechanic however ive been working on these machines for almost 6 years. Even our company engineers arent sure what the issue is. Does anyone else use this machine ? or maybe give me some insight on what else it could be? It runs smoothly on hard floors but as soon as theres carpet it starts making the noise.
