I think,if you put adequate cleanser on the truck and stop watering it down, and leave it for a couple of minutes, then you can wash it off easily with any deposit. Try foam for truck cleaning as it is good product and works great.

If you have a detergent dispenser with a detergent nozzle in your pressure washer, or you have a detergent foamer attachment, you can buy car and truck detergent to wash the trucks. Do a quick once over with water, then apply the detergent and coat the entire truck. Leave it to settle to cut up all the dirt and grime, and then wash it off from bottom to top going side to side. That should do the trick!

Why do you want to do a 1 step? why not 2 step with a mild acid? check with hydrochem and bioclean they both offer great solutions for truck washing that wont damage polished metals, I think power wash store and southside equipment also have a few different soaps brush and brushless.
