I have ben ask to PW a restaurant that has a couple of lighted signs and LED light strips that trim the building.

Should I be concerned about these or take any special care around them. I'm use to doing only flat work.

I have a 5GPM cold unit

thanks

Hector, i'm sorry buddy the tarp might cause more damage.

Guys these are on the out side of the building, its rains on them all the time.

You can wash the building safely, we do it all the time. The lights need to shut off and made sure they do not come back on for 18 hours.

The chemicals you use can damage the water tight harness. DO NOT USE CAUSTICS OR CORROSIVE chems near these connections.

DO NOT use Acid, it will damage the glass.

Good luck,

the building was made of wood as posted on a different forum. Wood needs to be neutralized after cleaning with any type of caustic. That is done with an acid. Citric acid is not corrosive if everything is prewet and rinsed well.
