Pavers are usually just a colored concrete, so you can pretty much clean them the same way you would clean other concrete surfaces.
One thing to be careful with is to not blow all of the sand out of the groves between the pavers.
If you use a surface cleaner, treat with a bleach solution if needed, and gently rinse, you should be fine.

My favorite solution is connected to the process of dust and mud prevention on the surfaces. That is the reason I am a devoted lover of such solutions. Their purpose is to provide good quality custom synthesis and to simplify our lives in such a way.

4 gpm at no more than 3000 psi. No matter what you are going to remove sand from the joints, just use it a an upselling opportunity to re-sand the pavers. I wont clean pavers unless they agree to allow me to re-sand. Keep in mind the extra time it takes to sweep and vacuum the wet sand.
