To many variables,

what is it?
how often
how much gum?
this is a 40 minute maint. job
whats the distance?

Please dont use the Delco Sheet....

As of now its a one time job but might turn into once every 3 months..no gum just concrete that is black and needs cleaned. Drive time is around 30 mins.

Sounds like a Grocery Store,

If theres no gum of very little the cleaning time will only be about 30 minutes.

So what are you worth?

I would want this for 30 day cleaning and would charge 220.00

I would charge more for just one time.

I priced it at $480 since as of now its only a one time job. Its the dinning area of a restaurant. and its 4000sqft. It just has a lot of peanut oil on it and the floor is black.

If that and interior about 450 to 650 would be about correct. If its a one time i would have been higher. its about 4 hour with at least two or three people.

becarful with walk ins and office areas. Onetime would have been higher for just a backend of a restaurant.

Interior work is alot higher. Sorry i thought you were talking about exterior.

food places are always alittle higher do the grease you have to clean.

thanks for the info!! I was going to price it at $600 but I have already completed a few other jobs for this restaurant and know more will be coming in the future so I bid a little lower.
