Bath tub/shower stains - new construction

I’m trying to clean stains from a few new fiberglass bath tubs and showers in a new house. There’s small marks on the floor that look like rust and bigger areas on the walls that look like something got splashed on the bottom foot and stained. They’ve hardly been used by the homeowner so it’s not hard water or rust stains. I’ve tried basic cleaning products, shower products, peroxide, TSP, baking soda, vinegar, CLR, Iron Out, and scrubbing with a brush, sponge, and lightly with steel wool with no success. Any suggestions?
