Question How To Fiqure A Two Story House

I Want To Know If Someone Is Telling Me A House Is 2500 Sq Ft And It Is Two Story Is This The Total Of The First And Second Floors Or Am I Wrong ?? Please Help

That is what I would think but you might want to double check and ask. It would make a big difference is estimated time to clean and quote.

The square footage number should be for the whole home (both floors)

In my experience, it is usually the two floors. Be sure to clarify that 2500 sq ft is the total living area. Basements are not usually included in the square footage unless they have been converted to living space.

You can go to and plug in the address to verify the entire square footage of home. I use it all the time to verify square footage of the homes we clean.

I use zillow all the time! LOVE IT!
I like to see how big the house is, what sort of neighborhood and all that fun stuff before estimating.
I also like to google the client and see what I come up with just for kicks sometimes. It amazes me how many of my clients are very active/generous in/to local charities and such
