long time client problem

I have this client for whom I clean her biz and house. Its been five years. I never did any kind of agreement with her, or raised the rate, although I have asked to raise the rate and she wouldn't. I have done nothing but top quality work for her and have never broken anything or missed an appointment. So here's the issue, she refuses to communicate by e-mail and calls me all the time, even on Sunday. Recently I did not get right back to her, she left a long winded message, with phrases like, "I'll call somebody else", "we have to talk about this matter". "I know it sounds harsh", and I'm thinking maybe I should leave her a message and say she should get somebody else. Plus I'm tired of cleaning her dusty house, its suppose to be a monthly, but she frequently extends it.
What would you do? I know its partly a case of her treating me like an employee because there's no agreement, but I really don't think i want to keep working for her.

Hey as you discuss here that your client doesn’t want to communicate with you and according to me it is not good for your business. First of all you should decide some rules and guidelines for your business that you must discuss with your client at the time of deal in which you can told them for regular payment and time to time meeting. As I think most of problems and doubt can be clear by meeting only and you can’t solve them by phone or emails only. According to you, your client is telling you that she is going to hire another cleaning service provider then let hire them another service provider and you should frankly tell them that you never did mistake during cleaning her house and office so you always did your best. If there was any mistake that was that entire client.

Turns out she can't use a computer, which is why she phones ,
yes you're right set rules, I seem to be having bad luck with that lately,
well at least with new clients, I still set rules and they try to break them.
