What will you be cleaning. Type of floors and how often.

I figure mine by sqft if floor is done daily by time if floor is done one time a week or less. That is mainly small doctor offices.
Either way I will remove rug stains and wax floor touch-ups (takes more than the regular cleaning stuff) on an as needed basis and charge by time.

Is this an office or the hair salon that you mentioned earlier?
Salons are a whole different ball game. I only do one, and only because my wife makes me (it's her stylist).

Totally depends on the contract but in general higher end services provide everything (with a nice markup) and lower end or cheaper services use the clients products/equipment.

Hope Im not to late on the office cleaning question.... Although we do residential we still have had calls to do small offices, the way we got a few small office calls is that we joined the local Chamber.

We only do once office but what we charge is $35 but it only takes about 20 minutes to do.

A 1,200 sq.ft. office we would charge $75.00 - $80.00 per cleaning for a weekly account. We would provide all chemicals and equipment. Hope this helps.
