Paint on Cabinets/wood work

I have been requested to clean a home and have the paint removed from the previous tennant. They painted the walls but did not mask off the cabinets and the mantle. I need to get the paint off without damaging the finish underneath.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You may need some one professional to paint without damaging it may little difficult for you to paint without damage.
