If you use the search feature at the top of the page you will find page after page of pricing discussions.

The truth of the matter is there is no "one size fits all pricing". The business owner who stays alive in this game is the one who plans out what it is that is needed for them to survive, make a decent profit and have a reserve left over for growth.
