Residential cleaning forms

We are just getting into residential house cleaning for some steady income currently all of our work is through Real Estate and Property Management for Move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. They keep us really busy half the year and the other half is up & down
Does any one have a sample contract for residential cleaning I can look at to get ideas from or any other forms or ideas to help us get started.

Thanks

Forms

I was just discussing "Open House" cleaning with a Real Estate Agent today. Would you mind sharing any sample agreement that you may have? Thanks.
