Service Agreements

Hi everyone, has anyone come across a customer that tries to be sneaky in a way of taking off 30mins. for dusting or whatever and asking you to do what I consider deep cleaning? For instance:
  1. Cleaning kitchen garbage can inside & out
  2. Washing baseboards by hand throughout the house
  3. Cleaning slits in windows & washing all windows
  4. Pulling fridge out & cleaning behind it
  5. Washing/patio storm doors and tracks of doors
  6. Changing linens/making beds
I have always had verbal agreements, as I did with her. I told her that was an add on, but in her mind taken off 30 mins. for one thing and adding on something else she did not see anything wrong with it. Now I was already doing a lot of thorough cleaning for her for a basic cleaning price, to me this is unfair.

I am now going to have a sheet stating a price for basic and thorough cleaning. How do you put in a service agreement that you can't take off time for one thing, and add on something else which is deep cleaning?
