Unhappy Stressing - Turnover Cleaning Quote due tomorrow

I am being offered to bid on a Townhouse. It's a 3 story 1500 sf. townhouse-partially furnished, with 4 bedrooms , 2.5 bathrooms and he said roughly 10 windows.

He wants me to do a turnover cleaning, which includes cleaning the inside of windows, and a carpet cleaning with a cleaning machine (which I have to rent because I don't have one).

I will be the only one doing the cleaning as my partner has off that day.
He said the only furniture in the apartment is a small sofa, and a bed in the master bedroom. I realize this will add to the physical labor required of me to do the carpet cleaning.

At first I didn't realize it was 3 stories, furnished, nor that he wanted windows done, so I estimated it would be around $150 for a quick move out cleaning and carpet cleaning. I've done carpet cleaning before in my OWN home, but never had to do it on stairs. Now I'm thinking I estimated too little. He's waiting on a true estimate since we have had a chance to discuss the details.

It's in relatively clean shape, but he said there are a few spots that need cleaned, and he wants focus on the kitchen and bathrooms-mainly the inside of the fridge, oven, microwave and bathtubs.

Any idea what I should charge? I'm nervous and I'm starting to think I should try and hire someone on with me for the carpet cleaning portion to help me with the machine on the stairs. I have to give this quote to him by tomorrow afternoon.

Well, I quoted him for $240 because I have an attachment piece for the machine which allows me to do stairs. We will see what he says...

You quoted a little low I think. I'd personally charge 300 with carpet cleaning and all plus that is a huge house. Is the house well maintained or is it filthy? do update us if you get the job.

Large? It's only 1500sf. lol I will agree it has a lot of rooms for such a small square footage.

I'm actually torn on the price. While I agree it was low.... you didn't give him professional carpet cleaning. So personally I think the carpet cleaning was worth about $40 or less and the $200 was for the actual cleaning.... which would have been low not including the windows. But hey... you asked because you didn't know and I call that a great move on your part. Atleast you asked. Hopefully your prices have gone up a little.
