Vacant House Toilet

Greetings,

I recently purchased a home that had been occupied by squatters for the better part of a year with no water service. The toilet has been filled to the brim with fecal matter and has dried to a hard concrete state. How is the best way to handle this? im doing the trash out myself. Thanks..

I have no experience with anything like this, but I'd say buy a new toilet...maybe even hire a plumber to make sure the pipes underneath are okay.

Hi,
Situation is really very hard in this you can call a plumber who will repair toilet. Apart from it you should think about new toilet.

Yeah, if you start digging it too and letting the odor get into the air, then I hope you have a strong stomach. Would def recommend just calling a plumber and be done with it. If you need help finding one in your area, let me know and I will see if we have any contacts where your at.
